How It Works
Choose your preferred fragrance and delivery frequency when subscribing.
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the schedule you select and your payment method will be charged before each order is processed.
There are no joining fees and you can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Subscription Options
Every 30 Days
Perfect for those who enjoy fragrance every day and regularly refresh their home.
Every 60 Days
Ideal if you alternate between fragrances or use your Gel Melts more occasionally.
Seasonal Subscription (Every 3 Months)
Receive three carefully selected seasonal Gel Melts every three months. Each collection is curated by Maison Célune to reflect the changing seasons and introduce you to new fragrance experiences throughout the year.

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Maison Célune customer account.

Changes should be made before your next billing date to apply to your upcoming order.
Billing
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
A confirmation email will be sent after every successful renewal.
If payment cannot be processed, we may retry your payment before your subscription is paused or cancelled.
Shipping
Subscription orders are shipped using our standard delivery service.
Delivery times are the same as standard online orders and may vary during promotional periods, public holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Seasonal Subscription
Our Seasonal Subscription is curated by Maison Célune.
Fragrances are selected by our team and cannot be customised. This allows us to create a beautifully balanced collection inspired by each season.
As many of our fragrances are produced in limited quantities, seasonal selections may vary throughout the year.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns
Subscription products are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
